Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Consumer Rights

As a customer of Eclipse Clouds product(s) ('customer' or 'you' or 'your'), you are entitled to certain guarantees whenever you make a purchase from Eclipse Clouds. These guarantees are called consumer guarantees and are not impacted by our 21 day hassle free returns policy.

2. Policy Coverage

Our 21-day hassle free returns policy applies to all products sold by Eclipse Clouds (Policy).

3. Return Conditions

If you are not satisfied with you purchase, we may offer you a refund provided that the return:

a. Is made within 21 days from when it was delivered or received, whichever is earlier;

b. You are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase showing (but not limited to) an online tax invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted); or a packing slip included with your order.

c. The merchandise is in new and unused condition with all original packaging and contents included and sent back; and

d. You must provide a photo of your item(s) prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.

This clause does not impact or impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

4. Return Costs

Under this Policy, you will need to pay for return postage at your own cost. We are not responsible if the returned products do not meet the conditions stated above. Any costs for returning a non-compliant product will be borne by you. Return postage for claims under the Australian Consumer Law will be refunded upon successful assessment of the returned product. It is your responsibility to ensure the product meets the criteria however we will make reasonable endeavours to assist you in the process. 

5. Australian Consumer Law

As a consumer, you are entitled to certain guarantees in respect of goods purchased from Eclipse Clouds. These guarantees are called Consumer Guarantees and are not impacted by the 21-day hassle free returns policy or a limited defined timeframe.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, arrange for a new replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product. Please contact us for further information.

6. Timeframe for Consumer Guarantees

Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made on www.eclipseclouds.com.

7. Exclusions

Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect, or abnormal use outside the intended purpose(s), Eclipse Clouds will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

8. Consumer Law Claims Process

Eclipse Clouds will require satisfactory proof of purchase in accordance with the criteria under paragraph 7 above. You will be required to pay return postage for products sent through as a consumer law claim. Upon successful assessment, the return postage will be refunded to you in addition to the original purchase price and original shipping fee (if applicable).

9. Refund Processing

Refunds will be provided within 1-5 business days using the original payment method used to make the purchase. We endeavour to meet this timeframe however there may be technical difficulties that may prevent us from meeting this timeframe from time to time.
