Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

1.1 Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Once processed you will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way!

1.2 When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information (where available).

1.3 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST) where applicable under relevant legislation including A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 2000 and other relevant legislation. These are applied at checkout.

2. Store Pickup

2.1 Eclipse Clouds operates an online-only model which ships the product from an external distributor and therefore does not offer a physical pickup option for its product(s) however this may be subject to change without notice. 

3. Flat Rate Shipping

3.1 Orders are generally shipped using the shipping provider nominated by HHHHH Home Home Store. The flat-rate shipping rate applies to orders shipped to Australia. We do not ship outside of Australia at this stage.

3.3 We offer $2.99 flat rate shipping for all our orders however this is subject to change without notice. This offer applies to all products on our website until withdrawn or changed.
